hf2735 SECOND ENGROSSMENT Civil commitment standards conformity provided, and
courts authorized to commit certain persons with mental illnesses to community
hospitals. Section 1: Peace or health officer authority clarified. Sec. 2:
"Serious imminent physical harm" changed to "serious physical harm" in regards
to restraining and holding regulations. Sec. 3: Community-based program allowed
to include inpatient services at a community hospital. AE
