transport equestrian equipment, maximum axle weights allowed on highways
regulated, and certain motor carrier rules abolished.

Sec. 1-2: recreational
vehicle combination definition expanded to include transport of equestrian
equipment and supplies.

Sec. 3: gross weight limnitations limitations relating
to hauling of forest products provided.

Sec. 4: exception provided for farm and
forest product.

Sec. 5: manufactured storage building carrier fee
specified.

Sec. 6: repealer.
